Kouki's Predicament

Kouki was just looking through some old scrapbooks filled with many pictures that the KAT-TUN member had collected, but there seems to be a problem with some of the images. Some are torn, some are faded, and some are just... baby pictures that he's never seen before in his life! Can you help him figure out who is/are in the picture(s)?

How the game works: Displayed below will be one or two images from the "scrapbook". Fill out the form with the name of the person in the picture, and Kouki will reward you for helping him figure out who it is.
